3. Data Usage
You acknowledge that any descriptive text, captions, impact data, or other written content submitted along with your video may be published on the GSA website or in GSA-related communication.
This information may be used to publicly highlight your organization’s work and impact, and GSA organisers may edit or format the content for clarity, length, or design purposes.
4. No Objection to Editing or Formatting
GSA may edit, crop, or format the video and supporting content to suit platform requirements, while ensuring the core message remains intact.
5. No Harmful Content
You confirm that the video does not contain content that is offensive, discriminatory, politically or religiously sensitive, or otherwise inappropriate for a global audience.
6. Liability Waiver
GSA is not responsible for any claims arising from copyright infringement, defamation, or breach of privacy related to the video submission.
The submitting organization assumes full legal responsibility for the content provided.
7. Authenticity of Representation
You confirm that the activities and impact showcased in the video truthfully represent your organization’s work and outcomes.
