By submitting this form and your video to the Global Sustainability Awards (GSA) platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Ownership & Permissions
You confirm that your organization owns full rights to the video content and all information submitted, or has obtained all necessary permissions from individuals, organizations, or third parties featured in the video or referenced in the form (including music, footage, personal data, logos, and images).
If any children below 18 years of age are featured, you confirm that both informed assent from the child and written consent from a parent or legal guardian have been obtained.
2. Consent for Public Use
You understand that the video and selected information from the form may be publicly displayed on the GSA website, social media pages, presentations, campaigns, or awareness materials.
You confirm that all individuals featured—including children under 18 with parental/guardian consent—have given informed permission for public display.
3. Data Usage
You agree that descriptive text, captions, impact data, project descriptions, and other written information may be published or showcased by GSA.

6. Liability Waiver
You agree that GSA is not responsible for any claims, disputes, or legal issues arising from copyright violations, misuse of data, defamation, or privacy breaches related to your submission.

7. Authenticity of Representation
You confirm that all activities, outcomes, and impact data truthfully represent your organization’s work and have not been fabricated or misrepresented.
8. Submissions by Children (Below 18 Years of Age)
If submitted by a child under 18, the child must provide informed assent.
A parent or legal guardian must provide written consent and accept all terms of public display and data usage.
GSA may request proof of parental or guardian consent at any time.

6. Liability Waiver GSA is not responsible for any claims arising from copyright infringement, defamation, or breach of privacy related to the video submission.
The submitting organization assumes full legal responsibility for the content provided.
7. Authenticity of Representation You confirm that the activities and impact showcased in the video truthfully represent your organization’s work and outcomes.
