2. Consent for Public Use
You understand that the video and selected information from the form may be publicly displayed on the GSA website, social media pages, presentations, campaigns, or awareness materials.

6. Liability Waiver
You agree that GSA is not responsible for any claims, disputes, or legal issues arising from copyright violations, misuse of data, defamation, or privacy breaches related to your submission.
You take full legal responsibility for all content submitted.
7. Authenticity of Representation
You confirm that all activities, outcomes, and impact data truthfully represent your organization’s work and have not been fabricated or misrepresented.
8. Submissions by Children (Below 18 Years of Age)
If submitted by a child under 18, the child must provide informed assent.
A parent or legal guardian must provide written consent and accept all terms of public display and data usage.
GSA may request proof of parental or guardian consent at any time.

Share data, statistics and anecdotal evidence that demonstrate the tangible outcomes of your sustainability endeavors.
Video should NOT be a slideshow or just a talk by the educators. It should contain PROOF of the school's work.
